Error Message: "The Certificate File is corrupted" when creating new user profile.

Your e-mail client did not decode properly an e-mail file attachment, in which the certificate file was sent to you. You can not just copy and paste the text of the certificate from e-mail to the file. Use e-mail client Save Attachment operation to do it. If you have used Save Attachment operation and it still produces an error, request a copy of your certificate and use a different e-mail client to retrieve your message or request a new certificate using a different e-mail account. The system was tested with a number of popular e-mail clients, such as MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, HotMail, ExciteMail, etc.

Error Message: "Locale is not supported" when connecting to a database.

You have to specify correct values for IBM Informix JDBC Driver DB_LOCALE and CLIENT_LOCALE variables. See Internationalization topic for more information.

Error Message: "Error -908: Attempt to connect to a database server failed."

Please make sure that you have entered a correct server host name and port number. Also make sure that the server is in on-line mode. See the Connection Manager Dialog Box topic for more information on setting the server port number.

Error Message: "Error -761: INFORMIXSERVER does not match either DBSERVERNAME or DBSERVERALIASES"

You have misspelled the server name in the Server field. The server name should be exactly the same as it is defined in the server ONCONFIG file.
