Running NetUpdate From Downloaded Archive

To run a NetUpdate when your workstation does not have a direct Internet connection:

Choose Help -> NetUpdate top-level menu.

1. In the NetUpdate wizard select Run NetUpdate Now radio button and press Next button.
2. The update request file will be saved under \register subdirectory and you should e-mail this file as an attachment to register@serverstudio.com
3. If there are any updates for your system, this information will be emailed to you. The e-mail message will contain URL link to archive file created for your system.
4. If you want to install the updates, download the archive file.
5. Reopen the NetUpdate wizard using Help -> NetUpdate menu.
6. Choose Run NetUpdate from Downloaded Archive radio button and use Browse button to point to a downloaded archive file.
7. Press Next button to start installing of the updates to your system.
8. Restart the application for changes to take effect.
9. If you do not like the changes, made to your system, use Tools -> Configuration menu to open the System Configuration dialog box and explicitly specify versions of software components, which you want to have active for your profile. You can rollback, for example, only selected modules.
