The Remote Host Connect dialog box is opened when you do not store server login information, such as user name and password in your server connection, or when you open Command Console from the Tools menu.
It allows you to choose a server connection, to which you want to login, using remote access (telnet) protocol. It also displays basic remote login information, such as host name and Informix environment variables.
If you want to edit the connection parameters, press Edit button and the Connection Manager window will be opened.
To connect to a server using telnet protocol, press Connect button.
