You must refresh the Explorer view when new objects are created
in the database from the SQL Editor component or other users on a network create
a new object in the database after the Explorer's folder populates.
To refresh any tree folder information, select the folder or any node under
this folder in the tree view and choose Refresh from the popup menu
or click Refresh on the Explorer toolbar.
