Receiving a New User Certificate

To receive a new user certificate:

1. Launch the Server Studio JE application.
2. In the User Profile Loader dialog box press Create New Profile button. The New User Profile dialog box will open.
3. Press the Request Certificate button. The Registration Wizard will open.
4. In the Registration Wizard choose Request New Certificate radio button and enter required registration information. *** IMPORTANT NOTE *** Make sure that you remember the user certificate password, which you choose.
5. If your workstation has a direct Internet connection, the wizard will attempt to connect to the SAMS and the user certificate file will be e-mailed to you. If your workstation does not have Internet connection or behind a firewall, the certificate request file will be saved under \register subdirectory and you should e-mail this file as an attachment to register@serverstudio.com
6. After you receive the certificate file from the SAMS, place this file into \register sub-directory under Server Studio JE directory.
