The Historical Data Repository is used by the Sentinel server to store the following information:
The Historical Data Repository consists of several tables that can be queried using SQL statements as well as using special analytical graphical tools provided in Server Studio JE. Each Sentinel installation contains an embedded H-SQL database that serves as a Historical Data Repository. Future versions of the product will provide an option to install the repository on external user-specified IDS database.
