The Change Certificate Dialog Box allows to change the user certificate associated with the user profile. This operation essentially encrypt the user profile data using the password from the new certificate.
Primary usage of this operation is to allow changing the user certificate password. You can perform this operation after you reset your user profile password. See Resetting Certificate Password for more information.
